Black and white Saturday
Hello cloudy Saturday.
I slept in had plenty of yummy hot coffee, black.
Made myself a yummy breakfast smoothie, since I have been drinking these for breakfast (about a month now) I have been sleeping lots better, and I am not nauseas all the time. It is half a banana (I use a tiny bit more, then eat the rest of the banana) Half cup of OJ, two or three strawberries (if I have them) half cup plain yogurt, and a tablespoon of flax seed oil. BLEND, then I add a few chunks of frozen fruits, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, cherries, blackberries, mango. BLEND then YUMMM! SO good.
Now I will probably go to the park with my hubby to take some pictures. We do need to go to the store and get stuff for mothers day brunch. Sister in law just called and said we were in charge of bringing meat. Really? The two people who will not eat bacon or sausage are in charge of bringing pork? So she laughed and assigned us eggs, we will buy 3 dozen eggs and tons of veggies for a big batch of egg scramble. There are going to be a dozen people there.
